- The S&P 500 Index fell sharply and currently in a battle with 50-day SMA. The index dropped 0.21% as of 15:25 London time.
- The Stoxx Europe 600 Index decreased by 1.13%. The move was powered by the financial sector, dropped more than 1.01% on the day.
- The UK FTSE 100 dropped 0.42% as the uncertainty continues to build up. Consumer discretionary dropped the most by 1.35%
Currencies
- The Dollar Spot Index gained 0.51% and made a high of 98.85.
- The Euro continued to fall and it is likely to cross the low (1.0927) formed on 12th September. The Euro dropped 0.45%.
- The British pound moved lower by -1.01% and made a low of 1.2355.
- The Japanese yen moved lower by 0.54% to 107.67.
Bonds
- The Yield on 10-year Treasuries jumped by two basis point to 1.67%.
- Britain’s 10-year yield dropped to 0.510%.
Commodities
- West Texas Intermediate dropped after the poor crude inventory data by 2.05%.
- Gold jumped made a high of $1,535 and room remain open for the price to reach $1,550.
