This data shows that consumer credit has been falling in recent months and has come in under expectations for four months in a row. The expectation is again for an increase in the number today. Increases in this metric are a sign of consumer confidence as consumers take on more debt and lenders feel confident issuing loans. USD pairs can be moved by this data.
