EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.5725; (P) 1.5808; (R1) 1.5868; More….

EUR/AUD recovers strongly today but stays below 1.5886 resistance. Intraday bias remains neutral for the moment. Outlook is unchanged that another rise is in favor with 1.5696 minor support intact. Above 1.5886 will target 1.6139/89 resistance zone. However, as the rebound from 1.5271 is not clearly impulsive yet and momentum isn’t too convincing. Break of 1.5695 minor support could be an early sign of near term topping. In such case, focus will be back on 1.5425 support..

In the bigger picture, current development suggests that fall from 1.6189 is a corrective move and has completed at 1.5217 already. Key support levels of 1.5153 and 38.2% retracement of 1.3624 to 1.6189 at 1.5209 were defended. And medium term rise from 1.3624 (2017 low) is not completed yet. Break of 1.6189 will target 1.6587 key resistance (2015 high).

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.5422; (P) 1.5473; (R1) 1.5525; More

EUR/AUD is staying in consolidation from 1.5704 and intraday bias stays neutral. While another fall cannot be ruled out, downside should be contained by 55 day EMA (now at 1.5280) to bring rebound. On the upside, decisive break of 1.5704 will resume larger rise from 1.4281. However, sustained trading below 55 day EMA will bring deeper correction towards 1.4965 resistance turned support.

In the bigger picture, a medium term bottom should be in place at 1.4281, on bullish convergence condition in daily MACD. Further rise would be seen back to 1.6434 key resistance next. Break of 1.4965 resistance turned support is needed to indicate reversal. Otherwise, further rally will remain in favor.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.4085; (P) 1.4150; (R1) 1.4206; More

Intraday bias in EUR/AUD remains neural as it’s staying in range of 1.3872/4309. With 1.3872 support intact, further rise is in favor. And, we’re mildly favoring the case of trend reversal after defending key support level at 1.3671. On the upside, break of 1.4309 will extend the rebound from 1.3624 to 1.4721 key resistance level next. Decisive break of 1.4721 should confirm larger trend reversal. However, firm break of 1.3872 support will dampen our bullish view. In such case, intraday bias will be turned back to the downside for 1.3624 low instead.

In the bigger picture, price actions from 1.6587 medium term top are viewed as a corrective pattern. Such correction could be completed after testing 1.3671 key support. Break of 1.4721 cluster resistance (38.2% retracement of 1.6587 to 1.3624 at 1.4756) should confirm this case and target 61.8% retracement at 1.5455 and above. Overall, we’d expect the up trend from 1.1602 to resume later. However, sustained break of 1.3671 will invalidate our bullish view and would turn extend the fall from 1.6587 towards 1.1602 long term bottom.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.5024; (P) 1.5105; (R1) 1.5239; More

EUR/AUD’s rise from 1.4759 is still in progress and intraday bias stays on the upside for 1.5277 resistance first. Break there will target 1.5354 support turned resistance next. On the downside, below 1.4966 minor support will turn intraday bias neutral again.

In the bigger picture, as long as 1.5354 support turned resistance holds, larger down trend from 1.9799 (2020 high) is still expected to continue. On resumption, next target is 61.8% projection of 1.9799 to 1.5250 from 1.6434 at 1.3623, which is close to 1.3624 long term support (2017 low). However, firm break of 1.5354 will indicate medium term bottoming and bring stronger rally back to 1.6434 key resistance.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.6450; (P) 1.6492; (R1) 1.6518; More

Intraday bias in EUR/AUD remains on the downside for retesting 1.6319 support first. Sustained break there will resume the fall from 1.7062, and target 100% projection of 1.7062 to 1.6319 from 1.6843 at 1.6100. On the upside, above 1.6588 minor resistance will turn intraday bias neutral first.

In the bigger picture, current development suggests that 1.7062 is already a medium term top. Fall from there is seen as a correction to the up trend from 1.4281 (2022 low). While deeper decline might be seen, strong support should emerge from 38.2% retracement of 1.4281 to 1.7062 at 1.6000 to contain downside. However, sustained break of 1.6000 will raise the chance of bearish tend reversal.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.3775; (P) 1.3818; (R1) 1.3841; More

EUR/AUD is staying in range above 1.3722 and intraday bias remains neutral for the moment. We’re holding on to the view that price actions from 1.6587 are corrective in nature. Thus, we’d expect strong support from 1.3671 key level to contain downside and bring rebound. Decisive break of 1.4025 support turned resistance will indicate near term reversal. In this case, intraday bias will be turned back to the upside for 1.4289 resistance first.

In the bigger picture, price actions from 1.6587 medium term top are viewed as a corrective pattern. We’d expect strong support from 1.3671 key level to contain downside and bring rebound. Up trend from 1.1602 should not be finished and will resume later. Break of 1.4721 resistance will indicate completion of such correction and turn outlook bullish for retesting 1.6587 high. However, sustained break of 1.3671 will invalidate our bullish view and would turn focus back to 1.1602 long term bottom.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.4829; (P) 1.4869; (R1) 1.4894; More

No change in EUR/AUD’s outlook. The correction from 1.5526 might still extend lower to 38.2% retracement of 1.3980 to 1.5226 at 1.4750. But we’d expect strong support from 1.4669 to contain downside and bring rebound. Above 1.5015 minor resistance will turn bias to the upside for 1.5226 first. Larger rise from 1.3624 is expected to resume later. Break of 1.5226 will target next medium term fibonacci level at 1.5455.

In the bigger picture, price actions from 1.6587 medium term top are viewed as a corrective pattern. Such correction should be completed at 1.3624 after defending 1.3671 key support. Rise from 1.3642 is now expected to target 61.8% retracement of 1.6587 to 1.3624 at 1.5455. Sustained break there will pave the way to retest 1.6587. In any case, outlook will now stay cautiously bullish as long as 1.4669 support holds. Break of 1.4669 will dampen the bullish view and would at least bring deeper fall back to 55 week EMA (now at 1.4539).

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.5694; (P) 1.5761; (R1) 1.5853; More

EUR/AUD’s rally from 1.5254 resumed after brief consolidations. Intraday bias is back on the upside. Outlook is unchanged that corrective fall from 1.5976 has completed at 1.5254. Further rise should be seen to retest 1.5976 high. On the downside, below 1.5668 minor support will turn intraday bias neutral again.

In the bigger picture, it’s still early to confirm if rise from 1.4281 represents bullish trend reversal. But as long as 1.5271 support holds, such rally is in favor to continue. Break of 1.5976 will target 1.6434 key resistance next. On the other hand, firm break of 1.5271 will retain medium term bearishness instead.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.3916; (P) 1.3965; (R1) 1.4007; More

EUR/AUD’s pull back indicates temporary topping at 1.4014. Intraday bias is turned neutral for consolidation. We’re holding on to the view that a short term bottom was formed at 1.3624, on bullish convergence condition in 4 hour MACD. And, the cross could have defended 1.3671 key support level successfully and is staging trend reversal. Above 1.4014 will target 1.4289 resistance first. Break will affirm this case and target 1.4721 resistance for confirmation. On the downside, below 1.3835 minor support will dampen this bullish view and turn bias back to the downside for 1.3624 low.

EUR/AUD Weekly Outlook

EUR/AUD dropped sharply to 1.5651 last week but drew immediate support from 38.2% retracement of 1.5271 to 1.5886 at 1.5651 and rebounded. The development suggests that rise from 1.5271 is not completed yet. Initial bias is neutral this week first for some more consolidative sideway trading. On the upside, break of 1.5888 will resume the rise from 1.5271 and target 1.6139/89 resistance zone.

In the bigger picture, current development suggests that fall from 1.6189 is a corrective move and has completed at 1.5271 already. Key support levels of 1.5153 and 38.2% retracement of 1.3624 to 1.6189 at 1.5209 were defended. And medium term rise from 1.3624 (2017 low) is still in progress. Break of 1.6189 will target 1.6587 key resistance (2015 high).

In the longer term picture, the rise from 1.1602 long term bottom (2012 low) isn’t over yet. We’ll keep monitoring the development but there is prospect of extending the rise to 61.8% retracement of 2.1127 to 1.1602 at 1.7488 and above. However, sustained trading below 1.3624 key support should indicate long term reversal and target 1.1602 long term bottom again.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.6477; (P) 1.6560; (R1) 1.6672; More

A temporary top should be in place at 1.6642 with current retreat. Intraday bias in EUR/AUD is turned neutral for consolidations. Outlook will stay bullish as long as 1.6384 support holds. Above 1.6642 will resume the rise from 1.5996 to retest 1.6742 resistance. Decisive break there will argue that larger up trend is ready to resume and target 1.7062 high next.

In the bigger picture, fall from 1.7062 medium term top is seen as a correction to the up trend from 1.4281 (2022 low) and could have completed after hitting 38.2% retracement of 1.4281 to 1.7062 at 1.6000. On resumption next target will be 61.8% projection of 1.4281 to 1.7062 from 1.5996 at 1.7715. This will now remain the favored case as long as 55 D EMA (now at 1.6263) holds.

EUR/AUD Weekly Outlook

EUR/AUD’s correction from 1.7062 extend lower last week. Initial bias stays on the downside this week for 55 D EMA (now at 1.6621). Strong support could be seen from there to bring rebound. On the upside, break of 1.6887 resistance will suggest that the pull back has completed and bring retest of 1.7062 high.

In the bigger picture, the rise from 1.4281 (2022 low) is in progress. Next target is 100% projection of 1.5254 to 1.6785 from 1.5846 at 1.7377. For now, outlook will stay bullish as long as 1.5846 support holds, even in case of deep pull back.

In the longer term picture, it’s still early to decide if rise from 1.4281 is resuming whole up trend from 1.1602 (2012 low). But in either case, further rally is in favor as long as 1.5846 support holds. Next target is 61.8% retracement of 1.9799 to 1.4281 at 1.7691.

EUR/AUD Weekly Outlook

EUR/AUD soared to as high as 1.4334 last week but lost momentum ahead 1.4721 key resistance. Overall, we’re holding on to the view of trend reversal after defending 1.3671 key support. As long as 1.3443 support holds, we’d expect another rise to break through 1.4721 to confirm our bullish view.

Initial bias in EUR/AUD is neutral this week first. Some consolidation could be seen but retreat should be contained by 1.4334 resistance turned support and bring another rally. Above 1.4649 will target 1.4721 key resistance. Decisive break of 1.4721 will confirm our bullish view. However, break of 1.4334 will suggest rejection from 1.4721 and turn bias back to the downside for 1.3980 support instead.

In the bigger picture, price actions from 1.6587 medium term top are viewed as a corrective pattern. Such correction could be completed after defending 1.3671 key support.

In the longer term picture, the rise from 1.1602 long term bottom isn’t over yet. We’ll keep monitoring the development but there is prospect of extending the rise to 61.8% retracement of 2.1127 to 1.1602 at 1.7488 and above. However, sustained trading below 1.3671 should confirm trend reversal and target 1.1602 long term bottom again.

EUR/AUD Weekly Outlook

EUR/AUD’s extended rebound last week suggests short term bottoming at 1.6211, on bullish convergence condition in 4H MACD. Intraday bias stays mildly on the upside this week. Sustained trading above 55 D EMA (now at 1.6412) will argue that fall from 1.6742 has completed, and turn near term outlook bullish. On the downside, though, below 1.6322 minor support will bring retest of 1.6211 support instead.

In the bigger picture, fall from 1.7062 medium term top is seen as a correction to the up trend from 1.4281 (2022 low). In case of deeper fall, strong support is expected around 1.5846 and 38.2% retracement of 1.4281 to 1.7062 at 1.6000 to bring rebound. Break of 1.7062 is in favor as a later stage.

In the longer term picture, price actions from 1.9799 (2020 high) are seen as a long term decline at the same scale as the rise from 1.1602 (2012 low). Rebound from 1.4281 is seen as the second leg. As long as 55 M EMA (now at 1.5962) holds, this second leg could still extend higher. However, sustained trading below 55 M EMA will open up the bearish case for extending the decline through 1.4281 low.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.5611; (P) 1.5653; (R1) 1.5676; More….

EUR/AUD’s decline resumed after consolidation from 1.5575 entered rather quickly, dropping to as low as 1.5546 so far. Intraday bias is back on the downside. Current fall from 1.6357 should target 1.5271/5313 cluster support zone next. On the upside, though, break of 1.5693 resistance will now indicate short term bottoming. In that case, lengthier consolidation would be seen first before staging another decline.

In the bigger picture, current development argues that up trend from 1.3624 (2017 low) is possibly completed at 1.6357, ahead of 1.6587 (2015 high). This is supported by bearish divergence condition in weekly MACD. Deeper decline is now in favor to 1.5271 cluster support (38.2% retracement of 1.3624 to 1.6357 at 1.5313). Break will target 61.8% retracement at 1.4668. On the upside, break of 1.5984 support turned resistance is now needed to revive the prior medium term up trend. Otherwise, further decline will be in favor even in case of strong interim rebound.

EUR/AUD Weekly Outlook

EUR/AUD retreated sharply after initial surge to 1.7180, but downside is held above 1.6474 support so far. Further rise is still expected. On the upside, above 1.6798 minor resistance will bring retest of 1.7180 resistance first. Firm break there will resume larger up trend to 1.7715 fibonacci projection level next.

In the bigger picture, corrective fall from 1.7062 medium term top should have completed at 1.5996. Larger up trend from 1.4281 (2022 low) is resuming. Next target is 61.8% projection of 1.4281 to 1.7062 from 1.5996 at 1.7715. This will now remain the favored case as long as 1.6474 support holds.

In the longer term picture, price actions from 1.9799 (2020 high) are seen as a long term decline at the same scale as the rise from 1.1602 (2012 low). Rebound from 1.4281 is seen as the second leg. As long as 55 M EMA (now at 1.5987) holds, this second leg could still extend higher. However, sustained trading below 55 M EMA will open up the bearish case for extending the decline through 1.4281 low.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.4024; (P) 1.4101; (R1) 1.4174; More

Breach of 1.4072 indicates resumption of whole corrective fall from 1.6587. Intraday bias is cautiously on the downside for next key support level at 1.3671. We’d expect bottoming around there to bring reversal. On the upside, above 1.4251 minor resistance will turn bias neutral first.

In the bigger picture, price actions from 1.6587 medium term top are viewed as a consolidative pattern. 50% retracement of 1.1602 to 1.6587 at 1.4095 was already met. While further fall cannot be ruled out, we’d expect strong support above 1.3671 to contain downside and bring rebound. Up trend from 1.1602 should not be finished and will resume later. Break of 1.4880 resistance will be the first sign of resumption of up trend from 1.1602 and target retesting of 1.6587 resistance first.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.6281; (P) 1.6315; (R1) 1.6339; More

Intraday bias in EUR/AUD remains neutral for the moment. While recovery from 1.6256 might extend, further decline is in favor as long as 1.6580 resistance holds. Break of 1.6256 will resume the fall from 1.7180, and target 1.5996 key support level next. However, decisive break of 1.6580 will turn bias back to the upside for stronger rebound.

In the bigger picture, outlook is mixed up by the deeper than expected fall from 1.7180. Yet as long as 1.5996 support holds, up trend from 1.4281 (2022 low) is still expected to resume at a later stage. Firm break of 1.7180 will pave the way to 61.8% projection of 1.4281 to 1.7062 from 1.5996 at 1.7715.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.6494; (P) 1.6528; (R1) 1.6573; More

Intraday bias in EUR/AUD remains neutral as range trading continues. On the downside, decisive break of 1.6450 support will argue that whole rebound from 1.6127 has completed with three waves up to 1.6742 already. Near term outlook will be turned bearish for 1.6127 again, to extend the whole corrective pattern from 1.7062. Nevertheless, strong rebound from current level, followed by break of 1.6606 minor resistance, will retain near term bullishness and bring retest of 1.6742.

In the bigger picture, fall from 1.7062 medium term top is seen as a correction to the up trend from 1.4281 (2022 low). Break of 1.6844 resistance will argue that this up trend is ready to resume through 1.7062 high. In case of another fall, strong support should be seen around 1.5846 and 38.2% retracement of 1.4281 to 1.7062 at 1.6000 to bring rebound.

EUR/AUD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.4664; (P) 1.4730; (R1) 1.4771; More

At this, we’d still expect strong support from 1.4669 close to 55 day EMA at 1.4685, to contain downside and bring rebound. Break of 1.4897 minor resistance will turn bias back to the upside for retesting 1.5226 high first. However, sustained break of 1.4669 will 1.4669 will argue that rise from 1.3642 is completed and bring deeper pull back to 55 week EMA (now at 1.4539) and below.
